m Jan 1729 Rebecca Prescott d/o James (3); lived Hawke, now Danville NH.

Caleb Towle - d 3 Feb 1795. He m Jan 1729 Rebecca d/o James Prescott 2
James 1. Rebecca was b 27 Sep 1711 Hampton NH & d 1795. This couple is buried
in a common grave in "Ye Old Cemetery" in Hawke without a gravestone. The
stone was ordered from Newburyport, Mass, and in transit was broken. It has
been stored in the Towle Barn since then. They lived on the Towle Homestead,
Beach Plain Road, Danville, NH. Children:
a) Anna - b 1728; m 12 Mar 1752 Ebenezer Long.
b) Elisha - b 1730; went to Raymond NH as early as 1751; mar 27 Dec 1753
Elizabeth Brown of Raymond. Their son Caleb d 12 Sep 1783.
c) Mary - b 1732; m as 2nd wife 2 Aug 1759 Aaron 5 s/o Jeremiah 4 Quimby.
d) James - b1736; prob dy.
e) Caleb - b 1737; m 13 Dec 1759 Kingston NH Ruth 5 d/o Jabez 4 Page {Ruth
had a bro Thomas 5 Page, who had a son John 6 Page, who had a son Oren 7 Page,
who m Clarinda 6 Towle d/o Caleb 5 Towle & Ester West}; d 9 Aug 1765 Hawke.
Their dau Abigail b 24 Mar 1761 m 5 Sep 1780 in South Hampton NH Joseph Brown
Jr.
f) Daniel - b 12 Oct 1740.
g) Jeremy - b 19 Jun 1745; m1 Mary Sargent 19 Sep 1765 in Danville, m2
Hannah (Young) Sargent Page 4 Oct 1814 in Candia NH (this is J Everett Towle's
line of North Danville). They had Judith b 6 July 1783.
h) James - b 31 Dec 1747 Kingston NH; m 13 Sep 1768 Abigail 5 Colby (b 19
Dec 1749 Chester).
i) Zipporah - twin bp 25 Apr 1751.
j) Mariah - twin bp 25 Apr 1751.
