Taylor (b 6 Oct 1718; d 1 May 1802) who were married 1744 and had children:
Nicholas, Jonathan, John, James, Taylor, Sarah, and David; Jonathan was b 7 Jan
1748, m 4 Feb 1773 Susannah Lane (b 24 Jul 1750; d/o Samuel Lane of Stratham &
Mary James [b 3 Mar 1722; d 30 Jan 1769]), and came to Northwood from Stratham
in Mar 1773. The children of Samuel Lane were: Mary - m John Crocket; Samuel -
m Hannah Cate; Joshua - m Hannah Tilton; Susannah - m Jonathan Clark; Sarah - m
Matthew Thompson; Martha - m William Boardman; Bathsheba - m James Clark; Jabez
- m Eunice Colcord.
Jonathan Clark was the first of the name to come to Northwood; he settled on
what became known as Clark's Hill, and was later occupied by Charles Wingate.

Illinois, m 25 Nov 1841 Rachel Smith (b 18 Dec 1823); Eliza Burnham - b 3 Sep
1808, d 27 Jan 1875, m 13 Aug 1834 Dr Moses Hill a physician in Northwood who
later moved to Manchester and finally to Burlington IA, they had two daus,
Margaret E who m Joseph B Neally and Mary Frances; Joseph Hollis - b 11 Oct
1811, d 15 Jan 1875, m 28 Feb 1836 Frances Susan Stevens of Gilmanton (b 6 Jun
1816), they had children, Arianna H b 7 Sep 1837 who m C A Hatch of Gilmanton &
Albert H; John B - b 20 Sep 1818, d 25 Jul 1874, m 30 Mar 1848 Susan S (d/o
Levi H Mead, b 29 Aug 1825).
e) Jonathan - b 3 Sep 1787; d 16 Dec 1864; m1 8 May 1815 Charlotte Johnson
(b 30 may 1796; d 23 Jul 1860; m2 27 Nov 1861 Mrs M A S Hacket (b Jul 1814).
Jonathan was a merchant in Northwood for many years & then moved to Dilmanton
