Bennington. He was b in Bloomfield. He grad from Pittsford High School and
attended the Univ of VT. He rec'd bachelor's and master's degrees from
Fairleigh Dickinson Univ. He served as an intelligence officer with the UA
Army Air Force during WWII. Mr Buzzell wrote and edited trade publications.
He owned and operated a chain of variety stores in Bergen Co NJ before joining
the IRS in 1961. He served as public affairs officer at the IRS for the New
Jersey district. He retired in 1976 and became a full-time resident of
Manchester Center and a consultant for the Federal Emergency Management Admin.
Survivors include his wife, Ruthmary (Hutchinson) Buzzell; two sons, Lloyd
Buzzell of New Haven CT & Guy Buzzell of Providence RI; two brothers, Berkley
Buzzell of Rutland and Phillip Buzzell of Carlisle PA; and three grandsons. He
was predeceased by three brothers and a sister....[Rutland (VT) Herald, widow's
