 Thomas Bartlett - s/o Samuel Bartlett & Love Hall; b 22 Oct 1745; d 30 Jun 1805 ae 59; m Sarah Cilley (d/o Gen Joseph Cilley the Rev War patriot); settled on the homestead in Nottingham; he was a Rev War soldier; on the Committee of Safety; Lt Col under Stark at the capture of Burgoyne; commanded a regt at West Point in 1780; for many years town clerk, selectman, and representative; speaker of the house; in 1790 was apptd justice of the court of common pleas which position he held until his death. [note: Cogswell also calls this man the son of his brother? Isreal which doesn't seem possible]. Children:
