Mr. Ralph Glover of Boston who was a patentee of York and had d bef 13
July 1633 [Noyes p496].
1630 - a Ralph Glover had a boat of which Thomas Moulton was the master
as noted in Mass. records. This Thomas Moulton was apparently the propietor
of Newbury in 1638 who later lived in York ME & Hampton NH [Pioneers of Maine
& NH 1908 p145].
2 Dec 1631 - Ralph Glover, merchant of New England, was a grantee of
York ME with a few others; the names seem to be Mass. names [Hist York ME V1
p86].
Ralph Glover of Mass., req. to be adm. freem. 19 Oct 1630, hav. then
prefix of respect in the rec. and so may be presum. to have come in the fleet
with Winth. but he d. bef. July 1633, and his est. was admin. by Thomas Mayh-
ew, so that we may suppose he had liv. at Watertown [Savage, Geneal Dict of NE
2/263 which mentions no Glovers in connection with NH].
