On the old Eli Furber farm near Little River, on the road to Epping from Lee
Hill is the remains of the Furber grave yard. This yard was ploughed up and
many of the stones scattered. This was done by Mr Miller not many years ago.
Eli Furber, a Rev Soldier, is buried here and his stone with "E.F." on one
side is on the ground near other stones as they were thrown aside.
