Armstrong farm which he retained for several years; he sold it and built a
suite of buildings "now owned by his daughter;" a genial, affable man; took an

1881 - Will of Charlotte C York: "I desire to be buried by the side of my
husband in our family lot in Ashland in said State of New Hampshire...";
"Second: I bequeath to my son Charles W York, now residing in Canterbury in
said State the sum of Twenty five dollars;" third, leaves remainder of her
estate to her daughter "Because of my son being more ___ to support himself
than my daughter and because of the ___ my daughter taken care of me in my old
age;" sixth, "in addition to the above bequests to my son I give and bequeath
to him the watch which belonged to his father and now in my possession."
