Franklin R Glover - b Woodstock 1825, lived there till 1856 when came to Littleton and settled on Rd 48. He m1 Phebe Streeter of Bethlehem who d 1877 leaving six children; he m2 Alma C Whipple of Lisbon. Mr. Glover besides being a farmer keeps a summer resort, his place being on an eminence in a healthy and pleasant locality. Children:
a) Charles H - glovemaker, m Anna Remick of Littleton & lives in the village; a member of the Littleton brigade band.
b) Joseph - also a glovemaker and member of the band.
