require Hosea Q Tuttle to produce the will of the late Stoten S Tuttle because
Lucia believed she was a legetee in sd will, and Henry believed he was apptd
executor in sd will; the court so ordered [Rockingham Co NH Probate file
#2014].
1876 Oct 11 - the will of Stoten S Tuttle was proved. The will provided for
Dexter M Tuttle & Hosea Q Tuttle, but not Lucia A Holmes. The will had been

1880 Apr 16 - Nottingham: Dramatic entertainment was held at Freeman's Hall
on Thursday evening last by the Star Dramatic Club of this place, consisting of
the temperance drama, "The Last Loaf" with Mark Ashton played by Wm F Holmes &
Caleb Ashton played by C C Holmes. Fifteen dollars was raised and given to the
Freewill Society for the minister's salary [Exeter News-Letter of this date].
1880 May 3 - Nottingham: Mrs Maria S Holmes has been president of the Ladies
Benevolent Society for the past three years; Luella K Holmes was treasurer
