1806/06/18 - 25 Dec 1827 William Buzzell received 78 acres of land in
Northwood according to the will of his father, Capt. Samuel Buzzell of
Barrington NH [Strafford County NH Probate Records].
1820 - Census - Wm Buzel (sic) appears with a family in the Federal Census
of Northwood NH for 1820 thus: 4 males <10; 1 male 10<16; 1 male >45; ? females
26<45; 1 female >45.
1825 - Northwood Tax List includes William Buzzell, Jenness Pond area, 1
poll; 7.5a field; 16a pasture [Moses, History of Northwood NH, 3 vols, 1/39,
mss at NH Hist Soc].
1830 - Census - Wm Bussell (sic) appears with a family in the Federal Census
of Northwood NH for 1830 thus: 2 male 10-15; 1 male 20-30; 1 male 50-60; 1
female 5-10; 1 female 40-50.
1834 Oct 29 - from James Buzel of Northwood, yeoman, quitclaim deed to
William Buzzell of Northwood, yeoman, about 88a in Northwood with buildings
tereon being the homestead farm of my father, also about 30a in Strafford,
being part of the land he purchased from the late Joshua Foss, Esq, and the
same premises he conveyed to me 29 Mar 1831 per ___/262. Signed: James
